At Plushies, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our Returns & Replacement Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Custom Orders

  • Returns and refunds are not accepted for customized plushies.
  • All custom orders are considered final once production has begun.
  • Please review and confirm all customization details before approving production.

2. Bulk Orders

  • Returns are accepted only for products that are defective or damaged upon delivery.
  • Return or replacement requests must be submitted within 5–7 days of receiving the order.
  • Products must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.

3. Refund Policy

  • We do not offer refunds on any orders.
  • Eligible issues will be resolved through product replacement only.
  • Replacement eligibility is subject to review and approval.

4. Exchanges & Replacements

  • Replacements are provided only for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly manufactured.
  • Customers may be required to provide photos, videos, or other proof of the issue for verification.
  • Approved replacements will be processed as quickly as possible.

5. Shipping

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Replacement shipping arrangements and timelines will be communicated after claim approval.
  • Delivery times for replacement items may vary depending on location and product availability.
