We offer both pre-designed and customized plushies. Due to the handmade and production processes involved, slight variations in size, color, design, or appearance (up to approximately 10%) may occur and are considered acceptable.

2. Orders

• All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information for custom orders.
• Once production has begun, modifications or cancellations may not be possible.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in Rupees and are subject to change without prior notice. Applicable taxes, shipping fees, and other charges may be added during checkout.

4. Production & Delivery

• Bulk order sampling time: 7–10 business days.
• Custom plushie production time: approximately 10 business days.
• Bulk production time: approximately 30–45 business days, depending on order quantity and complexity.
• Delivery timelines may vary based on location, customs clearance, and shipping provider performance.

5. Intellectual Property

Customers must ensure they have the legal right to use any images, logos, artwork, or designs submitted for customization. We are not responsible for any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property violations arising from customer-provided content.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for delays, damages, losses, or disruptions caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, natural disasters, technical issues, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India / Telengana. Any disputes arising from the use of our website or services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within that region.
